Job Summary
Job Responsibilities/Key Tasks(External)
Operations and Data Analytics
Build and assess models
•Develop multiple models and algorithms suitable for the use case
•Perform model comparison to draw inferences on variable importance
•Select the best model based on pre-defined evaluation criteria
•Interpret and evaluate model performance for scaling and deployment
•Conduct testing on final model in real-time business conditions prior to deployment
•Document modelling techniques used and assumptions made against test outcomes
•Enable end user capability to use data analytics effectively
•Evaluate autonomous monitoring solutions to scale human oversight
Present data driven business value of data science/AI models
•Create reports and deliverables based on insights derived from the model results
•Develop compelling, logically structured presentations including story-telling of research and/or analytics findings to secure stakeholder commitment
•Contribute to the creation of leading-edge resources, including playbooks, guides, blog posts, videos, etc.
Leadership
•Champion the data analytics narrative to both internal and external stakeholders
•Manage the budgeting and financing of the team
Others
•Undertake any assigned projects / duties directed by Management (If any)
Job Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, SQL.
- Proficiency in machine learning techniques such as supervised/unsupervised learning and deep learning
- Familiarity with data manipulation, statistical analysis and machine learning theories is preferred
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Knowledge of AI frameworks and tools is a must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, Mathematics or a related quantitative field.
- 7-10 years of experience in analytics, data science, or AI
