Job Summary


The Senior Logistics Specialist- Secured Logistics is responsible for performing general warehouse operations and activities. He/she performs warehouse operations in adherence to procedures, and the safe and efficient operations of goods and equipment.

He/she performs deliveries, asset management and transaction documentation process, and performs the secure handling of goods. He/she also supports implementation of improvement opportunities within the warehouse operations.

He/she may be required to work in rotating shifts and be physically fit.

Job Responsibilities/Key Tasks(External)

 

  • Communicate requirements and activities to stakeholders
  • Participate in value-based culture and a culture of accountability in the organisation
  • Adhere to organisation’s governance, compliance issues and reporting processes
  • Perform continuous improvement activities
  • Perform documentation of business requirements
  • Perform WSH activities to ensure personal compliance to requirements
  • Work with team members to support technology projects
  • Review warehousing quality issues in a timely manner

Job Requirements

May be required to work in rotating shifts and be physically fit

Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience


•    Tertiary                      :      Minimum ‘N’ Level
•    Computer Literacy    :      Microsoft Office Applications
•    Other                         :     1-2 years’ experience
                                             Medically fit for deployment
