Job Summary
The Senior Logistics Assistant - Emergency Pandemic Stockpile Logistics is responsible for executing general warehouse operations and activities. He/she performs warehouse operations in adherence to procedures, and the safe and efficient operations of goods and equipment.
He/she also coordinates the deliveries, performs cargo preparation in accordance to the pandemic load configuration, asset management and transaction documentation process, and performs the secure handling of goods. He also supports implementation of improvement opportunities within the warehouse operations
Job Responsibilities/Key Tasks(External)
• Participate and supervise the value-based culture and a culture of accountability in the organisation
• Lead the operation team on continuous improvement activities
• Perform documentation of business requirements
• Perform and ensure team compliance to the WSH guidelines
• Participate in technology projects as team lead
• Perform warehousing quality issues in a timely manner
• Coordinate handling of warehouse cargo and items in accordance to regulatory and customer requirement

1-2 years of relevant work experience
