Job Summary
The Supply Chain Technology IT Solution Architect will lead the design and implementation of enterprise IT, automation, and digital solutions that power ST Logistics’ next-generation supply-chain network. This role combines deep full-stack engineering capability with strong knowledge of warehouse automation, IoT, and operations technologies (OT) to build an integrated digital ecosystem. The Architect will enable smart-warehouse, last-mile, and data-driven transformation, integrating systems such as WMS, SAP, IoT lockers, RFID scanners, AGVs, and robotics platforms into a secure, cloud-ready architecture.
Job Responsibilities/Key Tasks(External)
Automation & Smart Warehouse
•Integrate IoT, RFID, vision AI, and AGVs/AMRs with enterprise systems.
•Support automation projects: e-lockers, pick-to-light, robotic arms, ensuring data sync and reliability.
•Design secure IT/OT segmentation for remote monitoring and maintenance.
•Collaborate with vendors and integrators for interoperability and performance.
Application & Full-Stack Development
•Lead design and development of supply-chain apps: dashboards, asset tracking, workflows.
•Deliver IT solutions using modern stacks (React, Angular, Node.js, .NET, Python).
•Architect API integration across WMS, ERP, and automation subsystems.
•Manage CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployments.
•Evaluate low-code platforms (OutSystems, PowerApps) for rapid prototyping.
Digital Architecture & Strategy
•Maintain architecture across logistics, warehouse, and transport, bridging IT/OT/automation.
•Align tech roadmap with standards, data strategy, and business goals.
•Design hybrid-cloud using VCF, Azure, Data Factory, and API Management for interoperability.
•Establish IT/OT governance and cybersecurity frameworks (ISO27001, SOC2, IM8).
Data & Analytics
•Build pipelines and event-driven architecture for Synapse, Power BI, and AI dashboards.
•Deliver analytics on throughput, fleet use, and automation uptime.
•Ensure data governance, consistency, and system integration.
Leadership & Collaboration
•Act as liaison across IT, Strategy, Ops Tech, Cybersecurity, and business units.
•Lead architecture reviews, PoCs, and vendor evaluations for automation tech.
•Mentor teams on coding standards, integration design, and secure deployment.
Others
•Undertake assigned projects or duties as directed by Management.

Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7-10 years’ experience in IT architecture and software development;
- Proven track record designing and integrating systems such as WMS, OMS, SAP, CMS and IoT/automation platforms.
- Familiar with PLC/WES/WCS, industrial communication protocols (Modbus, MQTT, OPC UA), and robotics integration.
- Cloud experience (Azure/AWS), containerisation, API security.
- Proven track record designing and integrating systems such as WMS, OMS, SAP, CMS and IoT/automation platforms.
- Strong hands-on skills in .NET Core, Node.js, Java Spring, Python, React/Angular, REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Knowledge of data analytics and visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau) for supply-chain KPIs.
- Certifications (ITIL, Azure Architect, CISSP) are advantages.
- Good Project Management knowledge
