Job Summary
The Logistics Specialist is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day supply chain operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective distribution of goods.
This role involves coordinating shipments, managing warehouse activities, and optimizing logistics processes to meet customer and business requirements.
Job Responsibilities/Key Tasks(External)
Logistics Operations
•Assist with inbound/outbound supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery.
•Help manage warehouse activities and maintain accurate inventory records.
•Support in arranging transportation and shipping for goods while ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
•Maintain accurate and detailed records of shipping, receiving, and inventory activities.
Warehouse Management
•Assist in managing warehouse operations, ensuring goods are properly stored and inventory levels are accurate
•Help maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse environment.
Inventory Control
•Assist in monitoring inventory levels and updating the inventory management system.
•Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies in the system.
•Update the inventory management system with real-time data on stock movements and adjustments.
Suppliers and Customer Coordination
•Liaise with internal stakeholders and customers to coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing goods.
Learning and Process/Continuous Improvement
•Participate in continuous learning and development initiatives to build logistics and supply chain management skills.
•Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives
Others
•Undertake any assigned projects / duties directed by Management (if any)
Job Requirements
- Work Location: Islandwide
- Proficiency in Basic Office Applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting when necessary.
Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience
- NITEC / Higher Nitec in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
