Job Summary
The Graphics Designer plays a crucial role in developing high-quality visual content that aligns with the company’s brand identity and marketing objectives. This role requires expertise in digital and print design, creative problem-solving, and an eye for aesthetics to produce compelling visuals that engage target audiences. The Graphics Designer collaborates closely with marketing, product, and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative projects that enhance brand presence across multiple platforms, including social media, websites, advertising, and print materials.
He/she should possess strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and the ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment. Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills are essential for handling multiple design projects efficiently. Adaptability to fast-paced environments and evolving design trends is crucial for success in this role.
Job Responsibilities/Key Tasks(External)
Creative Design & Concept Development
•Conceptualise, develop creative visual concepts, design and executes visually striking designs for both digital and print media, including advertisements, social media graphics, marketing collaterals, packaging, and branding materials.
•Translate business and marketing objectives into compelling design solutions.
•Work closely with stakeholders to conceptualize and execute design projects from ideation to completion.
Print & Production Coordination
•Design brochures, posters, banners, packaging, and other print materials.
•Optimize print files and layouts for various production requirements.
•Coordinate and work closely with printers, vendors, and external designers to ensure quality production, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.
•Maintain and evolve corporate branding across all design touchpoints to ensure consistency.
Brand Identity & Visual Communication
•Ensure consistency in brand identity across all design materials.
•Maintain and enhance the company’s visual identity by adhering to branding guidelines.
•Develop templates and design assets to streamline design production.
•Develop branding materials, including corporate accessories (PowerPoint templates, name cards, posters, brochures, and promotional items).
•Design vehicle wraps that translate brand identity onto corporate fleets with maximum visual impact.
Digital & Multimedia Design
•Create engaging UI/UX elements for websites and apps.
•Develop motion graphics, animations, and videos for marketing.
•Collaborate with developers and content teams to enhance user experience.
Videography and Photography
•Use AI tools for scriptwriting, storyboarding, and shot planning.
•Utilize AI-driven editing for color correction, background removal, and noise reduction.
•Create and edit video content for marketing and social media.
•Assist in planning, shooting, and post-production of photos and videos.
•Capture high-quality visuals with various techniques.
•Edit music, sound effects, and motion graphics for storytelling.
•Collaborate with teams to create visual content for campaigns.
•Ensure visuals align with brand goals and copyright regulations.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Project Management
•Liaise with teams, agencies, and clients for requirements and feedback.
•Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
•Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
Technology and Innovation
•Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies like AI.
•Experiment with new tools and techniques for creativity and efficiency.
•Adapt designs for various platforms and optimize performance.
Others
•Undertake any assigned projects / duties directed by Management (if any)
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in basic MS Office Applications / Microsoft Power Platform Applications and Adobe Creative Suite or other designing software.
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Experience with UI/UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and marketing strategies.
- Ability to work with digital and print media, including knowledge of printing processes.
- Motion graphics, video editing, and animation skills are a plus.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related fields.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in graphic design or related roles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creative projects.
