Job Summary

The Executive - Asset Management is responsible for developing and execution of operational policies, standards and procedures for the Warehouse/Customers. He/she monitors KPIs and makes data-driven decisions to improve productivity and efficiency for asset management processes.

Analytical and logical, he/she is required to explore solutions and analyse the feasibility of plans. He/she is also expected to coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement processes and technology, and to assist in the management of the asset management department.

Job Responsibilities/Key Tasks(External)

•    Contribute to recurring revenue streams
•    Manage stakeholders to monitor completion of requirements and activities
•    Analyse risks associated with different approaches of process changes
•    Compile ideas from team members and prepare necessary business documentations
•    Manage WSH activities to ensure department's compliance to requirements
•    Conduct safety and health risk assessment
•    Support research to Identify latest technology trends for application to logistics business
•    Support customer complaint management activities
•    Plan the information flow for end-to-end asset management processes from new asset creation to asset retirement

Job Requirements

• Basic knowledge of SAP / Warehouse Management System (WMS) / Supply Chain Software / Enterprise Resource planning (ERP) Systems.

• Proficiency in basic MS Office Applications / Microsoft Power Platform Applications  

Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience

• Degree / Diploma in Business / Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent certifications  

• 1-3 years of relevant working experience in Warehouse operations  / vendor management.
