Job Summary
The Executive - Secured Logistics is responsible for development and execution of operational policies, standards and procedures for the Warehouse. He/she monitors and optimizes storage and utilization levels; making data-driven decisions to improve productivity and efficiency of the warehouse.
Analytical and logical, he/she is required to explore solutions and analyse the feasibility of plans. He/she is also expected to coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement processes and technology, and to assist in the management of the warehouse operations department.
Job Responsibilities/Key Tasks(External)
- Manage stakeholders to monitor completion of requirements and activities
- Participate in value-based culture and a culture of accountability in the organisation
- Engage senior management for buy-in to implement solutions identified
- Manage WSH activities to ensure department's compliance to requirements
- Review latest technology trends for adoption application to logistics business
- Manage key accounts through maintaining close contact with stakeholders
- Coordinate overall transportation operations
- Execute warehouse operations performance goals using quality management knowledge
Job Requirements
Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience
Tertiary : Minimum Diploma or Degree
Computer Literacy : Microsoft Office Applications
Other : 1-3 years’ experience
Medically fit for deployment
